Unfortunlately for me, I got to know Greg Mamula in 2022 when I was the pitching coach at Sacred Heart and he was the hitting coach at FAU. That team had three amazing hitters, two future big leaguers, and they pummeled us pretty good!
Greg is a baseball lifer! Played at St. Bonnies, coached at Shippensburg and Delaware before getting his first head coaching job at West Chester University. He then spent 4 seasons at the University of Cincinnati before taking over at IMG in Florida.
He got back into college coaching at FAU before takking over at Delaware in 2023.
