Very few baseball players from New Hampshire have ever made the big leagues (60 total) and few less lasted 13 years!

Known for his incredible command he was a starter for most of his career.

After his playing days he worked in a variety of aspects for the Red Sox both on the field and in broadcasting.

Through a need, he began working with players on mental skills and went back to get his degree in the field. He went on to be the Red Sox Mental Skills Coach.

He wrote the book Ninety Percent Mental. Today he is in private pratice with athletes in all sports.
