From Maine, started college at University of Denver, not playing baseball.
Transferred to St. Joes of Maine, right near where he is from.
Got a passion to get better and found coaches to help him.
Transferred to Flager and was drafted out of college.
Coached at Flager and high school level before getting a job at the pro level.
Was the Orioles pitching coach and Director of Pitching Development for many years.
Current Boston Red Sox Bullpen coach.
