While the power 4 get, understably, a ton of attention in the baseball world, certainly other conferences have great "brand" recognition. The Ivy Leagues would be one.

But at the D3 level, it's hard to say any conference has better nationwide recognition than the NESCAC conference.

Jon Martin is in his 10th year at Bates and is proud to be one of the conferences head coaches.

We talk a lot about his recruiting style, coaching style, and his path to get to Bates.
