After running the program at Niagara for 16 years, Coach McCoy took over the reigns of The Tribe program in June of 2024.
Prior to becoming the head coach at Niagara he was an assistant there as well as at James Madison and Dakota Wesleyan, his alma mater.
He spoke about how having Brian Cain in to speak to his team in 2015 set him and them program on a path that would leave to turn the program around.
We discussed William & Mary, the baseball program, his recruiting process, and what he wants in players.
